Liked: The room was quiet, no loud neighbors
Disliked: Breakfast was supposed be at 7 at 8:30 was still not ready, we left because we had to be somewhere by 9. When trying to check out there was no concierge so we were unable to get a receipt for our stay. There was a bucket to leave room keys on the desk.

Terrible stay — no internet...

Liked: Breakfast service – The breakfast was well managed by a wonderful staff member who worked hard to keep everything organized, friendly, and welcoming despite the issues elsewhere in the hotel.Location and value – About 30 minutes from the city, which made it a decent value for the price compared to hotels right downtown.Quiet setting – Being a bit further out meant the hotel was more peaceful, away from heavy traffic and noise.
Disliked: No internet or TV – Only upon check-in were we informed that the hotel had a major technical issue cutting all internet services (Wi-Fi and TV). This was not communicated beforehand, and for someone needing to work remotely, it was a huge inconvenience. I had to spend hours in a nearby Starbucks just to get my work done.Unhelpful and rude staff – The front desk staff were dismissive and unprofessional when we asked for assistance. Their attitude made a difficult situation even worse.Lack of compensation – When we requested a refund or voucher for the lack of internet (a core service), we were only offered a soda from the market. This felt insulting and inadequate given the disruption.Poor communication – Guests should have been informed about the outage before arrival, allowing us to make other arrangements if internet access was essential.

Nice staying for family

Liked: ‏Suitable for a night/two stay for transit. In terms of distance from downtown Boston and the airport, it's about 20 minutes each way, which is great if you have a car
Disliked: . It was nice to have an accessible coffee station with water for guests, we had to look for a cup of hot water for the baby for a chocolate drink and there was none. In addition, it could help for guests who get up early and want a cup until breakfast opens at 07:00. The meal is quite poor, a selection of one product from each category.
