Liked: Convenient location, clean and good prices
Disliked: We had asked for a late checkout as we didn't arrive until about 1 am and that message didn't get relayed to other staff and was called early for the regular checkout time and woke us up.

Disliked: I would have appreciated real dishware and cutlery in the dining room instead of disposables, especially with this hotel brand.

Very clean hotel

Liked: I liked how close it was to the airport and that they offer shuttle services that’s what made me choose this hotel. The breakfast was good I like that they served different types of egg each morning so it was not boring, the place was clean, staff was friendly,
Disliked: The door made a loud noise when your locking the door as off the inches was swollen so when everyone left there room you know , when the cleaning staff was cleaning u knew because each door they open would make noise. And it felt like it was your door opening it was a weird. I was on the second floor

Liked: Left too early for breakfast
Disliked: No restaurant on site. Had to walk for supper on a wintry blustery day. As a solo traveller with no vehicle, that was a problem. The staff were friendly. Worse part was not being able to stay without a credit card. Had more than enough cash on me, but my brother had to scan his card before I could stay. For those trying to live debt free, not a good option.

Liked: The location of this hotel to the airport is ideal. It is comfortable and clean with spacious rooms. What makes this location excel is the staff who went out of their way to make my stay a success. From the front desk clerks to the shuttle drivers to the breakfast attendant, all were exceptional.
