average but not excellent
Liked: 1. staff friendly - I think this is the only plus
2. good breakfast

Disliked: 1. there isa a signage in the bathroom that if you forgot your toiletries there will be available at the hotel. So just to check if whatever this hotel offered is true. So I called the desk and ask them for toothbrush and toothpaste, they answered me there is only 1 toothbrush and 2 toothpaste left in the whole hotel. would you believe that??? 2. On my booking it says on the room there will be bathrobe and guess what there is none. I called the front desk and they told me there is no available bathrobe and it was all used and in the wash. A hotel big as this one doesn?t have any clean bathrobe on the whole hotel??? would you believe that. 3. The moment we entered the room there the aircon was so noisy like a helicopter sound, we called the desk and they send a man to fix it, and this was the only one they resolved. 4. I ask for Hhonours membership since my husband and I always booked hotel twice a month might as well sign up for this. 2 days I?ve been there they told me the system is down. Hilarious! 5. Don?t expect sparkling clean. walls have some handwriting and some paint doors in the bathroom need to be retouched. 6. I observed that half of the guest were asian. I hope this hotel would be more diverse with their food like atleast in breakfast there will be available rice. Diversity should have won that I would suggest to be extraordinary bringing service beyond what they can offer. with my experience not worth the money since little things that they should?ve provided haven?t met. Or maybe I expected because this is a hilton hotel.

Liked: We had a great 5-night stay?the hotel was like a home away from home. Spacious room with chairs on both sides of a long desk, comfortable bed with nice bedding and good pillows, plenty of vanity space around the sink, good lighting, many electrical outlets, easy parking, fast wifi, super easy checkin/departure. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to other travelers.
Disliked: Everything was great!

Liked: Room was spacious enough and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Due to my particular situation, I stayed in two rooms. I was disappointed that there wasn?t a fridge in the king bed room (but there had been one in the two queen bed room). With the way that guests travel these days, I would expect all rooms to have a small fridge. No other complaints though - everything else was great!

Liked: The pool was good, great location.
Disliked: The hotel was very nice, but a little over priced when booking I thought the room was $103 a night turns out it was two different rates. Bookings stats it does not take prepayments and the hotel may pre authorize to ensure you have a valid credit card but my payment was charged directly to my credit card without being asked if I would like to leave it on the type of payment. I was also charged taxes on both separate nights when I booked the 2 nights together and paid for it all in one payment... if someone can clarify why I am paying taxes twice on one transaction that would be great, otherwise I'm baffled. Also I found part of a granola bar wrapper by the bed which makes me wonder how well the rooms are cleaned.
