Sunday-Monday staff wonderful, friendly, helpful....

Liked: The two ladies who checked us in and were there the first two days were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was fine - but….Parking minus the garage worked out just fine with the help of the ladies at the desk. Hotel was conveniently located. Seemed safe.
Disliked: The biggest problem- which can also be found in Google reviews - the room 404 was WET. Maybe this is normal for the beach - but not for midtown. We felt as if the air was not clean. The carpets were not clean- which made the whole feeling dirty. Bathtub has mold growing. Breakfast day 1 was fine. However I noticed day 2, that spoons weren’t replenished- and the sugar still had the same deep dip from day 1. Items weren’t refilled and seeming fresh. The oatmeal and grits were good- but my husband expressed disappointment in the eggs, biscuit, and ham. We checked out a day early - the girl who checked us out -didn’t ask why. Or I would have told her. Andi came by while we were eating breakfast and asked about our stay- sorry Andi- but that was not the time to ask. I had too much to say.

Very nice

Liked: Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. Location was great.
Disliked: My only disappointment upon arrival was there are no 1st floor rooms, I hate elevators. However, I can see why rooms on the 1st floor is not an option at this location.

This was not pleasant stay...

Liked: Only the location
Disliked: As a handicap I was charged for valet parking that’s disgusting!!! So was the morning poor breakfast out of almost everything the lady was too busy with her personal phone call then displayed the food !!! After we returned from dinner our room was flooded from rain and we have to change the room !!!!

Good , would come back.

Liked: Breakfast was good, it was crowded and some food choices were running low. Not a big problem because we brought snacks.
Disliked: Parking could be more affordable.
