Disliked: Tub was slippery. Bed low to floor.

Liked: There was a great view from the window.
Disliked: The room seemed dusty and dirty. The tub looked horrible with a fake bottom that was stained, dirty or moldy. Broken and exposed outlet. Hallway carpet smelled, room carpet felt damp. Mini fridge/freezer was not working. Some of the pillows were flat and the mattress was not up to standards for a Hilton. There was also a homeless woman roaming around with a junk cart, who seemed to be living in the lobby and conference room. The reception area person seemed to allow it

Mattresses need to be upgraded....

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The property was well kept and clean.
Disliked: Upon entering the first room, I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. Fortunately, I was able to move to a different room, which had a fresh and clean atmosphere. However, I encountered an issue with the bed, as the mattress proved to be quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
