Liked: breakfast was a little on the thin side, meaning that the breakfast wasn't full when we had got down there at 6am to eat. Looked like it was picked over.
Disliked: the breakfast wasn't full when we had gotten down there at 6am, so we choose to go eat somewhere else. Maybe check and make sure that things are stocked and ready at all times. also offer more of a breakfast!!!

Disliked: Hotel didn't have our booking from Booking.com.wanted us to pay more for the only room available. Hot tub was inoperable and the pool might as well have had ice cubes in it. Will not use Booking.com ever again.

Disliked: Getting to it from freeway can be confusing.No restaurants right in the area.

Liked: The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel chain. Real egg pre made omelettes. Also hot ready to go oatmeal plus the usually waffle makers etc. the staff is very pleasant. The beds super comfortable
Disliked: Our room did not have a fridge & I forgot to check that in my room amenities when booking. It didn’t look like the room was ever designed to accommodate a fridge. The public areas are tired looking. Carpet on stairwells worn & dirty. Elevator looks beat up inside. A few of the chairs in the dining area have stains. I was overcharged on my room but didn’t catch it right away other than a credit card notice that I have alerts set up for.They took care of the problem right away
