I loved this hotel. The first thing you notice is the cleanliness of the place. Very friendly staff. Very easy check in. The rooms were very nice and clean. Nice sized bathroom. The shuttle was a great plus. The breakfast was great. Something for everyone. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend this hotel. Will stay again in the future.

This hotel was fabulous! The staff was outstanding, from the front desk to housekeeping. Breakfast was awesome. I just can't say enough about how pleasant our stay was.

Liked: We’ve stayed here before lots of amenities and free breakfast that’s actually breakfast they cook lots of options. Pool and 2 hot tubs. Nice outdoor area. Staff is great!
Disliked: Issue with booking.com itself advertising a room that they don’t even have. Booked a room with 2 beds and pullout couch that doesn’t exist. Based my stay off of that just to get there and no pull out couch. Lady said I was second person to state this that used booking.com

Unprofessional employees and scolded for...

Liked: Convenient location off highway.
Disliked: Evening staff and manager Steve very unprofessional, scolded us immediately for using booking.com. Reserved 2 queen beds over a month in advance and confirmed prior and also day of arrival. Got to hotel was given wrong room (king), then told they were sold out and there was nothing they could do by Rue at front desk. We were terrified 9 hrs from home and it was unacceptable. I told her to call someone in management. Absolutely zero compassion by anyone! She finally reluctantly called the manager who was off property. Steve came in few mins later in t shirt untucked and was yelling very loudly saying we should of booked through them not booking.com like it was our fault and insisted we booked a king. He refused to listen to anything we had to say. Tried showing him our confirmation through booking but he refused to even look, he didn't want to hear anything I had to say. He kept taking dramatic deeps breaths and throwing his hands up in the air. He ended up finding a room with 2 beds, oddly after we were told many times by front desk there was nothing they could do. Room was very small and beds were on platforms that slid around constantly. My husband talked to the morning manager. She was nice and didn't charge us, but did tell my husband she was told we were "combative". We were not combative, we were terrified and upset, being told there was nothing they could do by front desk 9 hrs from homes and of having no where to stay! It was very stressful and scary. The entire area was sold out! The keys didn't work to our 2nd room and Hasam helped and just had this smug grin the entire time and nothing to say. The entire night staff treated this like it was our fault and we were the problem. We just wanted them to take some accountability and handle things in a professional manner. Do not scold the customer when your hotel is on booking.com that's not our problem. We did our part and confirmed TWO additonal times, by phone and email.
