Hampton Inn By Hilton Wheeling

I loved this hotel. The first thing you notice is the cleanliness of the place. Very friendly staff. Very easy check in. The rooms were very nice and clean. Nice sized bathroom. The shuttle was a great plus. The breakfast was great. Something for everyone. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend this hotel. Will stay again in the future.

This hotel was fabulous! The staff was outstanding, from the front desk to housekeeping. Breakfast was awesome. I just can't say enough about how pleasant our stay was.

Liked: The location of the hotel was thankfully close to a convenience store as we didn't pack any snacks for our trip so we were able to walk to the gas station late at night to grab some. It is also close to some restaurants, so if you didn't want to go very far those options were right across the street
Disliked: The only complaint is that there was some odd noise that kept happening it sounded like grinding metal on metal or something. Other than that the room was great.

nice, clean and comfortable!

Liked: it was very clean, the beds and bedding were very comfortable. the bathroom had the pumps of shampoo and conditioner as well as lotion. the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: the clock in the room was 6 minutes fast but we couldn’t figure out to change the time or set the alarm. the alarm went off at 6 am, luckily we were up. there are no buttons for time or alarm. maybe have the instructions nearby. small issue actually

Paid twice for one room...

Liked: Had to leave before it was ready
Disliked: I booked the room for my wife and paid for it. When she checked in they asked for her card to pay for incidentals. They charged her for an entire room. So I paid once and she paid again. Have tried to get a refund but they run us around in circles
