Clean friendly comfort

Liked: The sheets were so soft and silky. Everything was clean and well organized, the staff, from check in, house keeping and especially the breakfast hosts were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: No fault of the staff or facilities, but there was a noise issue on our floor after 11 pm. An angry guest started pounding on the door of people who had music on loudly and yelling. I never heard the music, but the angry guy scared me a bit. Cause I was already awake, I could hear staff (friendly) and possibly police (authoritative) address the situation. I eventually got back to sleep.

I don’t think the price...

Liked: The staff were polite and accommodating
Disliked: Certain parts of the hotel were dirty, the elevator, the pool, the bathroom. When I checked in it also smelled like cigarettes.

Overall it was good but...

Disliked: The rug in our room had a musty smell even after the maid service

Disliked: Better pool, larger exercise room, electrical outlet near the beds.

Good hotel but they jack...

Liked: We were there for the UMASS graduation. The location is about 20 minutes from the college. Lots of restaurants around, easy to get to. The hotel was clean. The staff was very courteous and friendly.
Disliked: Since we were there for the UMASS graduation, the hotel more than doubled the price per night.
