Fantastic.

Very disappointing

Disliked: My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. On the very first night, the toilet in my room (605) began to overflow at around 1:00 AM, flooding the bathroom. I had to call the front desk, urgently repack all my belongings, and was moved to another room (903) in the middle of the night.While the night staff responded quickly and gave me a few snacks and a can of soda as an apology, the situation was never properly acknowledged by hotel management. I later found out that the hotel even denied the seriousness of the incident in their communication with Booking.com, claiming “no damage was reported.” This kind of response shows a complete lack of accountability.I was not asking for compensation for damaged property — I was asking for recognition of a serious disruption to my stay, which clearly did not meet the standard expected from a Hilton-branded property.I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel unless you’re willing to deal with potential maintenance issues and no follow-up.

While clean, did not make...

Liked: Close to site and clean.
Disliked: Staff gave other guests room keys to our room that we were already booked in. This was very unsafe. While they did rekey our keys, they still did not make us feel comfortable as they let this happen. Guests that were not us, physically walked into our room while we were there.Additionally, our room was never cleaned even though we asked the front desk. Had to ask multiple times for new towels.

Comfortable and convenient place to...

Liked: Spacious and comfortable room with a super comfortable bed. It is located within walking distance to the National Mall and there are cafes and restaurants nearby. Car parking is available nearby for a fee.
Disliked: Breakfast was basic
