Liked: The breakfast and the comfort of the room.
Disliked: The staff didn't acknowledge me at check in. Upon me approaching the front desk I had to greet the staff. I was never offered a water or anything being that I am a IHG member

Liked: Elevator was extremely loud on 2nd floor , a/c kicks on and off with loud noises, broken sofa bed worst stay ever
