Would stay again

Liked: Loved the ocean front view & balcony. The room was clean and spacious, with great lighting in the room and bathroom. I enjoyed having a fridge and microwave in the room. I also appreciated having parking at the hotel.
Disliked: Housekeeping came while I was getting dressed. I asked them to come back later, but they never did, so my room had quite a bit of trash until the next day.. There was also a fire alarm prompting us to leave the building. I walked down 8 flights of stairs just to get downstairs to nothing actually happening and casually being told it was a false alarm.

Never ise booking.com agaon

Liked: Booking.com stipulated that hampton south pool would be open during our stay. It wasn't & we were not notified. We left next day
Disliked: Neither hampton south hotel staff nor booking.com would do ANYTHING to help. Hilton did make hotel change with refund. Never use booking again!

Liked: The staff were welcoming and seemed happy to be there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Pleasant and worth a return...

Liked: Staff was welcoming and service oriented. They made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was very good and a large variety of items to choose from.
Disliked: The only issue was that he on going construction but for the most part we were uneffected

Not as advertised

Liked: All of the staff were great in customer service! The girl at the desk on Sunday was awesome!
Disliked: One elevator was being serviced for our 4 days there, so, it was not working. Every one had to depend on the 1 elevator for all 7 floors of guests and staff. Online, the indoor pool was to be open during our stay dates but it was still closed for renovation.

Disliked: The indoor pool was still under construction when the website said it was going to be completed by 3/31. Also- our room was described as having 4 beds and there were only 3 this was with pull out couch included. Renovations of room looked as though things were just “thrown together” as hooks in bathroom were already falling off.
