Disliked: Our bathroom was dirty, used soap in the shower, and public hair in the shower hand marks on the bathroom doorDirty beds, a candy wrapper found in the bed, Almond joy wrapping it was awful Our room didn't get cleaned until 10 am, so we couldn't even start our day until showering at noon Told we were being refunded by the manager Just never experienced a stay at the beach like this Our rooms weren't close to all our family like they were supposed to be

Liked: The location is fantastic. You can park your car and not use it until it's time to check out. It was amazing seeing the sunrise from the ocean front balcony. There are restaurants and shopping close by. The boardwalk and beach right outside the door. The pizza is really good at the hotel. Kim at the front desk was so helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Paying $20/day for parking. It used to be free for guests.

Underwhelmed at best

Liked: Nice boardwalk
Disliked: We reserved a king bed room, and confirmed it with the hotel hours before our arrival via phone. Once we arrived, we were informed that our room was given away to someone else because they were extra busy and we got stuck with a double bed room. We ordered some food at the restaurant downstairs and it was meh at best. Also they refused to let us borrow a bottle opener and were directed to go to CVS and buy one. Staff was indifferent at best. I would not stay there again!

Liked: It was very good, everyone was very friendly ,the only complaint was the windows of my room were dirty but everything else was perfect.
