Liked: Having breakfast available. Good use of space.

Nice hotel. Comfortable.

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Coffee good. Gym was nice. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: Thought the price was a little high. Can’t think of anything else.

Liked: The night staff front desk worker was very nice.
Disliked: For paying 780 dollars there was pink mold along the edge of the shower, dust where you hang towels on the wall, someone else's hair in the shower, stained carpet and the blankets shouldnt have been combined like they were. I stayed at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square for 500 bucks, same amount of days and it was WAY cleaner/friendlier/there was a starbucks etc. Not impressed for what I paid versus what I got. Overpriced and the room 415 next to us looked like it had been broken into!!?? Not very comforting!!

Disliked: When we arrived we’re told that they did not have a king room that we had reserved but a queen room was available. We had no choice and had to take queen room! I don’t understand how it was available when the reservation was made but when we got there it had been given to someone else. Very disappointed.
