Liked: Staff friendly
Disliked: When we arrived we’re told that they did not have a king room that we had reserved but a queen room was available. We had no choice and had to take queen room! I don’t understand how it was available when the reservation was made but when we got there it had been given to someone else. Very disappointed.

Good, but not perfect

Liked: The staff was excellent! However the pool was quite chilly. I went in anyway. The buffet was acceptable. Coffee was very good.
Disliked: Pool, Buffett choices ! No shampoo. Or condition in shower.

Will not return

Liked: Comfort and location
Disliked: Housekeeping only serviced us 1 time in 7 days, we had to dump our own garbage, request towels each day, front desk people not friendly at all.

Liked: It was comfortable and cozy
Disliked: Room was a bit on the small side, I had a guest in front of me and the front desk lady was very friendly, told her about the shuttle, the breakfast that was included and other things and then she didn't tell me any of that and it was my first time staying. Maybe she didn't want to repeat herself but she certainly wasn't as friendly to me as she was to the guest ahead of me.
