Disliked: I am so sick of not being asked if we are Hilton honors members. This should be SOP. And why was there no shampoo in the shower? We had body lotion, conditioner, and shower gel. This is the second time in two weeks that I’ve had a sub standard stay at a Hilton property…makes me want to not be as loyal
