Liked: Good location for our needs. Adequate room and decent breakfast.
Disliked: Open design allows noise to be heard in the room early morning as staff is setting up breakfast.

Liked: Comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the front desk clerk told me that the card used through Booking was declined and that I needed to pay the hotel for the room. Upon later review, I have discovered that was not the case and the card did go through with Booking and therefore double booked the hotel room. Booking charged me $233.85 and the hotel charged me $199.00. Therefore, I am seeking a refund through Booking. I do not know who is not being truthful with me.

Liked: Make sure your breakfast ladies know they are serving until 10AM. They had an attitude when asked about more batter for Waffles. ?!

Comfortable room in a great...

Liked: The room is very spacious. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of outlets in the room for phones, computers, etc. The bathroom was roomy with a great shower.
Disliked: Our room was facing the trash area and McDonald's. Early Monday morning we were awakend by the trash pickup which seemed to go on forever. As we tend to wake up early, it wasn't a big problem. So, if you are planning to sleep in, you may want to request a room in another part of the hotel.We were there four nights. The back stairway was very dirty and was not cleaned during the time we were there. The front stairway wasn't great but not horrible.
