Very quiet and comfortable in...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding, towels etc. were of good quality. We requested a very quiet room and were placed in a location well-suited for quiet. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. For our traveling-through needs, the location was excellent.
Disliked: The fixtures in the bathroom were in need of simple maintenance, nothing serious but a bit surprising. The toilet seat was very loose on the toilet, and the bathtub drain stopper didn't work, so we couldn't take a bath; when we arrived, the stopper was disconnected (unscrewed) from the drain, and even after I screwed the stopper into the drain the stopper wouldn't stay down to plug the drain.

Really nice place

Liked: Shower was hot and strong.
Disliked: Toilet was right up against the counter, so it made it difficult. I would have liked eggs with no bell peppers.

Disliked: The jacuzzi was not working

Liked: Everything was average. Location was great. Pool was heated.
Disliked: They don’t answer their phone. Room phones don’t work. Still trying to get someone to answer at the front desk to see if they found something I left behind and no answer. Hot tub wasn’t not working .

Liked: Absolutely nithing
Disliked: Rooms were not ready nor just for us but other patrons as well. I had to get ready to attend a graduation in the hotel lobby bathroom instead. The room was not clean to our standards. There was no phone in the room. The TV would not work. The toilet was backed up and we had to use the lobby bathroom each time. We let the front desk know upon our departure and no apology or compensation. Ridiculous

Lovely jacuzzi, nice breakfast but...

Disliked: A regularly scheduled, very noisy refrigerated truck ran its motor all night long in the parking lot directly across from my room. I’m incredulous that such a situation exists in a place that is precisely meant for rest. Staff provided insufficient ear plugs as a useless and unwanted antidote.
