Liked: Nice selection, refilled oftenStaff was accommodating and able to refund our money for the additional room that we paid for but didn't need as plan for other changed. They worked with us and Booking.com to get it refunded quickly and no issues.

Pool closed

Disliked: The main reason for booking this hotel was for the indoor pool. Websit said pool was open. After checking in asked about the pool times I was informed pool was closed. Asked for some kinda of a partial refund was told no, the hotel said nothing they can do cause I booked through booking.com, Booking.com said we'll get back to you. No word yet of course

The hotel was clean, friendly...

Liked: The desk worker was very nice, polite and helpful. The room was basically clean but seemed like the bathroom needed mopped before we got there because there were shoe prints and stuff on the floor. Breakfast was very good for being continental. Overall, the hotel was clean, smelled good and friendly.
Disliked: (1) The bed was nice & clean but very hard. My ribs hurt the entire time. (2) There's only 1 small trash can by the desk and none at all in the bathroom. So, we had to keep moving it back and forth. What if it was "that time of month" for the female? (3) There's only 1 comfortable chair to watch TV and I had to sit in the desk chair. Overall, we felt with a king size bed room for 2 occupants, there should have been 2 comfy chairs and table (to eat at and the such) in order to watch TV and a trash can in both the bathroom & the main room.

Liked: Breakfast was really good!!
Disliked: Housekeeping had a lot to be desired. We stayed 4 nights and our room was only made up on the last day after we complained. Also on day 2 they took our towels then didn't make up the room or bring any towels back.Also front desk staff were frequently sitting outside the entrance instead of behind the desk. Maybe put a sign up where to find you next time.
