I don’t recommend staying here. The floors and bathrooms were not clean and the room smelled like mildew.

Disliked: NOT PET FRIENDLY & WONT STAY THERE AGAINIt amazes me that when you travel with a dog You get the worst rooms but pay the most money. You are just tolerated. Had to be moved due to children running in the room above us. I specifically asked not to placed around children. The area dogs were to go was covered in dog pooped that was never cleaned up. Stained up bath towels. ONE lamp was loose and had to jiggle to work. The bath water only got warm not hot. The floor and bath barely clean. THE MATTRESS was hard and uncomfortable. . Wifi sucked. The breakfast was cold even under lamps. They ran out of food and it was not replenished. The menu was the same everyday except the meat of the day. We only ate there twice. It was not the hotel experience I expected to have and if I can’t have the same expectations as non pet owners why bother accepting pets.

Good, I would recommend this...

Liked: The people were so nice, professional and knowledgeable. Even early in the morning, everyone was so pleasant and happy.
Disliked: Overall this property was well kept, it smelled amazing when entering the hotel. However, the linens were not very clean or possibly stained. I was a little surprised, as I have never seen this in a Hilton property before. While I believe the sheets were clean, the duvet had some kind of red or orange stains underneath (I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't pull back the top).

Disliked: Staff were rude to my client that was meeting me at the hotel. Cost for room at difficult location was very high. The bathroom door was too heavy to move and poorly designed.
