Hotel was great except for...

Liked: I loved everything about my stay except for 2 things that made me upset
Disliked: I got the suite because I was traveling with two 12 year old. We really needed the extra fold out couch bed but couldn't use it. My daughter opened it and screamed mom come here! I went in and looked at the bed and the mattress had hair and stains .. which appeared to be maybe blood and urine stains. There was no extra blankets or pillows and it had been a long day and it was late when we finally got ready for bed, so we didn't want the hassle of going down stairs to grab them. My two girls daughter all night over the bed. Second issue was roaches and fleas.
