Liked: Staff extremely helpful and professional. Very much appreciated our initial check in experience and the front desk person was very helpful kind and accommodating. All were always friendly
Disliked: Bed creaked way too muchHallway noise was excessive and bathroom to hallway doorway way too close to one another. Basically opening the door meant a clean look into the entrance of the bathroom. Rest area and chairs were usually full of crumbs and messy looking. Coffee nook an after thought and not well organized

Liked: The front desk staff.The Ethiopian driver that picked me at the airport was fantastic. Good driving and neat bus. Answered all our questions greatly. The towel arrangement in the room.The ice cubes on the floor.
Disliked: The room size.The age of the microwave. Too old.

Disapointed with breakfast

Disliked: Breakfast offer should be much much better . Plastic plates, knifes and forks.
