Merely adequate but close to...

Liked: The bed was hard, the sheets were old and no rooms had bathtubs except 4 suites which were occupied. There was not even basic black tea anywhere to be found. Extremely difficult to understand that one.

Disliked: The Heating System was not working. We were informed it was out of service. But instead we got blankets.
