Nice, comfortable, and relaxing!

Liked: Very nice and clean. The gentleman that was at the front desk when we checked in was the absolute best! Everything was great, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect.
Disliked: Liked it all!

Book directly through the hotel...

Liked: Nothing really except for the personal who served us at breakfast, the breakfast and the managers accommodations when it wasn’t a great stay and then trying to assist with getting our refund back. It is literally going on 25-30 days to be refunded from cockroaches in the room, wet floors and dogs barking all night! Booking charged more for the facilities than the actual site would, and are giving us the run around when the hotel already agreed to refund and took on the accountability.
Disliked: Dogs barking - Cockroach in Room - Floors Wet The main manager was very helpful and respectful. Thank you, Dani and to the young man that helped when the concerns were known.
