Overall, we like the hotel.

Liked: Great location. Breakfast was great, Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: The sofa bed was broken and we couldn’t use it as a bed. Shower handle needs a repair.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: We booked specifically for its hot tub features. We weren’t told till we checked in that the hot tub was broken literally in half.

Liked: Good location, ease of check in. Good breakfast menu
Disliked: Had to move room due to water leak. Was also charged more than confirmed price from Booking.

Disappointing

Disliked: Visible mold in bathroom. Tv wasn’t working. Phone wasn’t working. Cracks in foundation. Loud from other guests just talking.

Don’t Go Here! It’s not...

Liked: The rooms were clean
Disliked: There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk. Checking in took over 15 minutes.That Jacuzzi was not workingThe heated pool was not heated.The walls are so thin you can hear everything.They never answered my phone calls at the front desk.
