Very poor service

Disliked: It took them 12 hours to fix the door lock, while all the time we were not able to leave the room. In the evening they said they needed to replace the battery and then they disappeared. When I rang reception the next morning their notes said the privacy lock was on, which was not the case. Very poor service

Liked: The staff was extremely nice! And perfect location.
Disliked: The shower pressure was not good at all and hot tub blew cold water from the jets.
