Liked: I can't say enough about the two ladies in customer service. Barb Osborne and Barbara were so nice. I was there to visit my niece in the hospital and got a call while I was checking in they had placed her in a ventilator. Both of these ladies were quick to say comforting words to me That to me is service way beyond what you expect.
Disliked: Only thing is and not the facility's fault by any means. There was a bad storm and rain came in around the air unit and wet the carpet. We were quickly accommodated and moved to another room.

Liked: Nyah was so sweet and bubbly when she checked us in. Definitely a bright spot at the end of an exhausting day. I love that all of the artwork was local. The room was large and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was great. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly.
