Troubles Not Usually Having on...
Liked: Staff was friendly and the Breakfast was good.
Disliked: We were given a room different than what we had booked. They said the heat had not worked for months in the area we had booked. When we got to our room and got ready to shower, there was no hot water. They gave us a new room the second night with hot water.

Liked: The staff at this location were extremely helpful. Front desk staff, breakfast room staff, cleaning and janitorial staff were fabulous. We stayed for two nights and attended and helped set up a baby shower in one of the meeting rooms. The staff member responsible for the common areas of the hotel introduced himself and dropped off a few extra trash bags in case there was more food trash. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where each employee introduced themselves by first name and each and everyone asked if there was anything else they could do for us. Kudos to whomever recruited and trained the employees. It was clear to me that the mission of the staff was to make sure each and every guest had what they needed to make their stay enjoyable and comfortable.
