The staff was the cherry...

Liked: The staff was made the stay for me. The rooms where real nice but the staff was the biggest for me.
Disliked: I was there during a soccer tournament and dance competition and a birthday party so it wasnt laid back but hotels can't control that. They can control other things and staff especially the GM took care of everything.
