Staff were friendly but hotel...

Liked: The room and bed were clean
Disliked: The shower handle didn’t work. The sink water never got hot.

We did get a good...

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: I was mistakenly charged twice for the room The toilet wasn't working and we had to move to another room at 10pm. There was no hot water in the morning

Excellent time!

Liked: What a great place to stay. Lovely staff and comfortable beds!! Close to lots of restaurants and shops

Good

Liked: All in all a positive stay. Except....pillows were horrible, half the normal size pillow. And, hot water took 10 mins to reach the faucet and shower. Very clean. But please change the pillows to normal size. King pillows for king beds, queen pillows for queen beds.
