Pretty nice hotel with fantastic...

Liked: Very close to everything, literally next door to the children’s museum. Room was very nice and updated with a smart TV. Staff was fantastic, extremely nice and a pleasure to talk to.
Disliked: It’s close to everything but parking is a huge pain, and some parts of the hotel seemed to be broken. One of the elevators was down during our stay.

Dirty sheets! Terrified and a...

Disliked: Dirty sheets smells the body odor! They did not change the sheets from Previous guest and I got disgusted and late at night got in to my room exhausted and had to ask them to come change the sheets and they admit the sheets smelled and they were surprised and the manager himself changed my sheets and comforter!!! I could see some hair in bathroom as well! Never had such an experience in hotels like that!
