Conviently located and will stay...
Liked: The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and the pool and hot tub are nice.
Disliked: It is currently going through renovations so the lobby was a little “torn up” and noisy during the morning and day, but I wasn’t there during the day so it really didn’t affect me. The lobby will look really nice once the renovations are complete. It was very quiet at night though.

Renovated Hotel Mismanagement
Liked: Location was ideal for our weekend plans.Renovating the property which is positive but renovated room had punch list issues + room and hallway were still off gassing which was not being proactively addressed with air purification. If my wife or I had bad asthma, there could have been medical issues.
Disliked: See above + dusty breakfast area - not enough garbage cans in breakfast area - staff in breakfast area too busy cooking waffles for painters as opposed to keeping area stocked & cleaned - being that it was shoehorned into a space 1/2 the size typically used. Dusty from renovation all over both service & dining conference rooms - YOU SHOULD NOT OF BEEN SERVING FOOD!!Specifically asked front desk if pillows had feathers & front desk person said "No" - two pillows were feather & 2 were not in the room - if we didn't catch, my wife would of woken up with a very bad rash. New shower leaked on floor badly. Toilet was clogged 3 x in 2 days so we started going to lobby bathroom.Not enough notice on booking sights & no real discount for issues - WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED IF SITE SHARED EXTENT OF RENOVATION. The GC and management should be ashamed - so many issues completely ignored. Air purification is a standard part of any renovation if a negative air flow can't be achieved to literally off gas all the new products being used in the renovation - the air quality on 3rd floor & in room 300 was substandard.The lobby was completely out of commission - Friday front desk was a folding table - Sunday it was an office chair in hallway.There was not enough parking since renovation equipment and supplies took up spaces that guests needed - had to park across street in the other hotel's parking lot.This is one of the worst handling of a renovation i have seen in my 35+ years in the hospitality industry.
