Very disappointing and a unsatisfied...

Liked: The breakfast was exceptionally OK.
Disliked: Walking in the hotel it seem clean & up to par with the pictures that was posted online for advertising, for what it was worth I over paid for a nasty space and horrible experience since I booked at the last minute due to the loss of a love one and I didn’t have the energy nor additional expenses to pay to stay at another hotel because of the refund process. I travelled 13.5hrs and this was very unacceptable when it came to the cleanliness of the rooms. AC not working properly and the couches was filthy with stains, also walking in the halls was very nasty on the second floor of this property., from the carpet to the wall paper falling off the walls. Not to mention the pool was dirty as well. I was move to 3 different rooms and they all were dirty in some type of way. From dust on laps, spots on curtains, stains on all the couches, dirty linen from previous guest on beds and sitting outside the door upon going into the second room, bathroom sink hadn’t been cleaned out, trash can had God knows what on the side of it and food left in freezer. Oh and beds didn’t have mattresses protectors & was stain very bad with what looks like old blood & pee stains. I am very disappointed and would like a full refund. I also have pictures and videos for proof! Please get it together before charging $200+ nightly rate on weekends.

The stay was okay except...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room had cockroaches we killed about 7 bugs while we were there. Told housekeeping staff about the bugs. The carpet was sticky when standing barefoot. The hotel really needs to be updated. The restroom in the pool area the light was not working. The carpet on the 4th floor hallway was stained and it felt like there was a hole in front of our door. Also we did let the front desk know about the roaches in the room.

Good stay

Liked: The hotel is clean and inviting.
Disliked: The hotel needs some renovations to the ceiling and wall paper. My bathroom was clean but it had an “old” smell. Once I completed my own wipe down and used a fragrance the smell subsided.

Disliked: Not the room I purchased, I reserved a 2 queen suit and was giving a 2 queen standard, there waa hair on my towels, the walls in the hallway looked like they had water damage, one side was going through renovation and had equipment everywhere, the lady at the desk was a little rude

Disappointing

Liked: Location was convenient
Disliked: Main areas were worn and lots of stains on carpets/walls. Rooms were ok, but not cleaned as well as they should be.
