Liked: It was wonderful! This is a wonderful place for the location of family!
Disliked: The only problem was the back door had troubles the entire time. No one’s keys would work.

Liked: I booked double room on booking.com when I arrived to hotel the reception desk staff was very rude I checked in and the room I got was wrong not double room I called the reception desk to let them know that the room I got was wrong and the staff yelling on me and his voice. we don’t have that room if you don’t want that room he said he doesn’t know and I just try to calm him down because he was getting angry and angry and I didn’t want no problem I just stayed on the single room which is I paid for a double room the staff was very rude and unprofessional the hotel also very dirty all dusty.

Liked: The staff was fantastic and it was right next to Transformation Church which is why we were in town. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: Our air conditioner was leaking and 1/4 the carpet was soaking wet and visibly discolored, there were mold spores on the shower ceiling, and random gross stains on the walls. It was more expensive for the quality of room we got.

Disliked: Trash cans outside full especially in backBreakfast did not look appetizing. Charged $5 for parking in Hampton Inn parking lot per night.

Disliked: Room wasn’t ready until past 4pm. Front desk Staff was rude. Area was dirty. Elevator very sketchy. Felt like a motel.
