Liked: The location to where we were going.
Disliked: The room smelled horrible. The carpet was wet and it was not fully stocked with basic items.

Liked: Nice spacious rooms , with very comfortable bed
Disliked: The soundproofing is badly done you can hear from upstairs and all around. The shower joints were dirty and full of mold.The breakfast was very basic had better in cheaper places

Disliked: When we arrived late evening the room had a very strange uncomfortable smell to it. Very unpleasant.One of the beds had metal sticking out of the side of the base which one of us got hurt getting up at night.I think the rooms need a good deep clean

Disliked: Unfortunately our stay was quite unpleasant and disappointing, not quite the customer service we were expecting: we had a very remarkable issue in our room (304) as soon as we started our stay, the shower didn’t work at all. We asked immediately if there was a possibility to have it repaired or have the room changed in the worst scenario. We got told that someone in the next morning would have checked and eventually fix it. After a whole day the issue was still there, and we asked to the second person at the reception to please follow up on this matter as after a whole trip lf many hour by car and a whole day out at almost 100 degrees, we really would have appreciated to take finally a shower. The second receptionist didn’t know about the issue, he heard about it from the first time but he agree to come with us to the room and check (as if we were not saying the truth at 10pm). After he checked he said he would have left a note to the morning shift receptionist to get our rooms changed as there was no other unit available in the whole hotel. Third day, morning shift was not aware about the issue again, but finally agreed to get our room changed, only in the afternoon.Finally when we came back in the evening we managed to get the new room (325) and get a shower after two full days, a long trip.Finally when in the check out asked about our stay I was honest and shared this feedback, gently I was denied any sort of refund and rather be compensated with some Hilton points. The manager told me we could have arranged a partial refund through booking.com as we had it as intermediary, something I did and booking has responded the property has denied my request.Simply, worst guest experience I have ever seen, unpolite, unorganized employees which simply don’t care if the guest are at least receiving the minimum value in exchange of the money they are spending to stay in this hotel.

Liked: Location was just off the highway and food options were close by. Hotel staff Shelbee was very professional and made an effort to ensure our group of 4 separate reservations were happy. Kudos to her.
Disliked: I don’t like giving negative reviews but here goes. The breakfast was the worst I have seen in a while. Look, all hotel chains used powdered eggs. Got it. But two mornings in a row the eggs were marinating in 1-2 inches of water. Their sausage was white, it was visually unappealing. Both mornings I ate a prepackaged yogurt and an apple or orange. I have traveled for 30 years on business and this was the worst experience ever.

Disliked: Well, the room had a very bad smell probably due to carpet not clean 9r humid. Every time we entered the room the smell was pungent like feet odor. After 4 days in 2 persons we have used all towels and we have forced to reuse it. Towels change should be automatically done every 2 days at least..
