Disliked: had a toilet plug & none of the cleaning staff on the floor spoke English to get a plunger. They brought one to us.

Clean, convenient and staff helpful, friendly and available.

Disliked: Rooms are too hot for sleeping. The thermostat stays on 68 degrees at night. A mattress was worn out or broken. But when brought to attention of staff it was noted and would be replaced.

Beds were comfortable but would not book reservations in the future at any Hampton Inn & Suites.
