Mid cookie cutter airport hotel...

Liked: It's close to the airport. It's clean and comfy. Breakfast is OK, but nothing really that stands out. Airport shuttle is convenient, runs every half hour (ish) 24/7, and then if you wanna go to the city proper you can take the UP Express from terminal 1. Just make sure you're on the shuttle for the correct Hilton-adjacent hotel
Disliked: There's nothing really outright offensive about this hotel, it's just mid. It's a cookie cutter corporate airport hotel. It does the job. It's just too expensive for being so mid. Like, everything is disposable at the breakfast buffet. If you want a waffle, you pour the batter from a dispenser into a disposable paper cup, then into the waffle iron.There are paper cups for the coffee machine in the room (pods, of course) and they're individually wrapped in plastic. But of course, they care so much for they environment that they only clean your room every other day. I guess this is just what hotel experiences are like nowadays. Massive corporate chains that cut back on costs, make it a worse experience for the customers, but the prices are still high. But you know, only you can help increase Blackstone's quarterly profits!

A mediocre place to stay...

Liked: The location was great. The staff were very helpful. The room was quiet. The air conditioning wasn’t too loud. The two queen beds were comfortable. The room was huge .
Disliked: The pool was closed the evening that we got there. We were told it would reopen the next night. It was closed again. Two nights in a row we rushed to get there in time for the kids. They were disappointed both nights. the tap in the bathroom wouldn’t stop running. The couch bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was mediocre.
