Disliked: It didn’t provide lunch/dinner optionsAs a tourist in a strange country and not having access to transport, not knowing the layout on how to get food was harder.

Liked: Breakfast was okay, missed the bacon. But much better than a "continental breakfast". The pictures of the suites on the booking site gave the appearance that it was 2 separate bedrooms.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking. I feel as hotel guests that should be included. And I was told the deposit fee would not be returned until 7 or 8 days after check out. That is way to long, especially since the fee is large.

Liked: I loved the fact that it was convenient and was close to the airport.
Disliked: The shuttle is small, and while the driver was trying to accommodate as many people as he could, there needed to be two shuttles working together to get ppl to andnfrom the airport. My family of 5 had to literally push to get on. Also, I hate the fact that as a paying customer and guest at the hotel, I'm incurring a fee for having a vehicle. Again a family of 5, what are we supposed to do? Uber?

Liked: just checked out stayed 1 night as connecting flight early this mor to new york nice hotel first impressions weird but settled in room big nice clean and massive tv no resturant or bar bud found place for meal down the road 10 minutes away quiet at night good sleep nice comfy bed breakfast was nice good,selection ov hot and cold food overall 7 out ov ten would recomnend for a stayover before flight
Disliked: no kettle in the room curtains,wouldnt close no iron
