It was a really nice hotel with a friendly staff.

Liked: It was really nice and clean.
Disliked: Not really.

The people were great, so pleasant to talk to! The room was way more than I expected and because of that I signed up for the HHonors reward points. My family will stay in Hampton every chance we can, and your breakfast is unbelievably awesome!

Liked: The workers were very polite and my husband loved the breakfast! Room right off of the elevator which was very nice not having to walk down a long always. I originally booked only one night but then decided to come for 2. They made it easy to change no trouble at all!!!
Disliked: The only thing is our tub would fill up whenever we showered and there was blood stains on our sheets!!!

Liked: The young lady checking us in was very pleasant
Disliked: The pool was out of service, we chose this hotel for the pool - paying a higher price. Nothing noted in the website when we booked the room letting us know. There were two employees sitting at the table while we were getting breakfast. I was working with my special needs daughter, trying to explain to her how the waffle maker worked, one of the ladies yelled at my daughter ! Mind you, my hands were physically on my daughter and it was clear that my husband and I were handling the situation (she flipped the waffle maker handle 3 times instead if once). But when I say yell, I am not exaggerating.
