overall, my stay was comfortable...

Liked: staff was very friendly and very helpful when complications occurred, like when my lock failed and they had to get manager to work on it. They did get me in after 30-45 minutes. However, this lock failure caused me increased stress due to delaying my access to my room making me late to my corporate function that evening.
Disliked: staff was very helpful and accommodating to my unexpected needs.

Probably won’t have a circumstance...

Liked: Nice room and clean. Internet could not be accessed, room key didn’t work and needed to be re-initiated. Breakfast was so so, women shows up with kids, she’s wearing pajama’s and appeared to have just rolled out of bed. Felt like we were in a Walmart.

Liked: Breakfast was good, as hotel breakfasts go.
Disliked: Often only one person on front desk staff, so frequently no one available there. When they were available they were very nice and attentive to our needs. I also liked that we could communicate by text.

Superb
