Liked: Shout out to Karen who is the manager. She’s really personable and willing to accommodate the best she can. I have POTs and was coming in with a crazy toddler and my heart is always beating at like 200bpm and with the heat and everything, it’s just stressful. She hooked me up with the closest room to the lobby and I was so grateful

Liked: The room was nice the majority of the room was quite comfortable and the common areas clean and comfortable. The free toiletries was great as we had forgotten a couple of things and were able to get what we needed.
Disliked: not a big fan of the sliding door on the bathroom as it would become stuck. Also the shampoo was empty so I couldn’t shampoo my hair, the rest of the bottles were mostly full though. The staff member that helped us was a bit short with me about breakfast when I asked about the timing with regard to the shuttle and possibly of a to go bag in the morning, then in the morning I found the to go bags by the front desk that he had not even mentioned. Just would have been nice if he had mentioned the possibility of the bags. I had just arrived from Switzerland so I was tired and we had an early flight to catch.
