Amazing hotel.

Liked: The cleanliness, breakfast and room size was great...Would definitely stay again.

Liked: – Very clean.– Comfortable and cozy bed.– Stunning floor-to-ceiling windows with sunset views.– Great toiletries, hairdryer, and enough towels.– Bright and cozy room, fully equipped.
Disliked: – Pool water was murky and not warm.– Some staff at the front desk were not very welcoming.– Incomplete info about laundry — I wasn’t told I’d need my own detergent.– At checkout, no one confirmed if I was done — I had to ask myself.

Bad experience, questionable location

Disliked: We arrived at noon asking for storing luggage before check in at 3 pm. The front desk lady said the storage was full and cannot store our luggage. This is the first time we encountered something like this, and the front desk really had a doesn’t care and won’t help attitude. We had to pay $75 for an early check in to store our luggage, which is 50% more expensive since we booked through third party (booking.com)We initially chose this hotel because it’s near manhattan and cheaper than the ones in manhattan. But the Uber price commuting between is actually ridiculously expensive, which cost between $50 and $80 single trip to get to manhattan or back. So if you are thinking of choosing to stay in this hotel because of the lower cost, you should really double think of it. Plus that there is no grocery no stores just nothing around the hotel’s surrounding.
