Excellent - very satisfied.

Liked: Friendly staff. Tony, the courtesy van driver, was amazing. He got everyone to the concert on time and provided verbal entertainment during the ride. Tony is the BEST!
Disliked: One of the two elevators was not working.

Other than having to pay to park the hotel was great! Clean, roomy rooms; amazingly friendly staff; close to venues and food!

If we ever go to St. Pete Times Forum again we will stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, with microwave and fridge. Beds were comfortable. Very secure, even had to use key card to access elevators. Very clean pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a free shuttle that ran until 10:00 pm and my kids loved the free breakfast in the morning! Definitely a great hotel!

Disliked: Awful pillows and they didn’t take out our trash or bring more toilet paper, fresh towels the entire time we were there.

Liked: The hot buffet. The coffee was fresh and the attendees made sure everything was hot or cold and it was fully stocked with fresh food.

Disliked: No bell service with luggage bags
