CLOGGED TOILET!!!

Liked: Our room's toilet was clogged! We patiently asked for the hotel's help and all they did was give us a plunger. My husband had to unclog the toilet for hours! When we called to ask if we can move to another room instead (bec we are tired and we wanted to rest and sleep), the front desk named Kam said he cannot do anything. They were not fully booked at all and there were a few cars in the parking. This guy did not give us any option but wait for the manager the next day. Terrible customer experience!!!! We paid for a full functioning room, if you have plumbing issues, do not rent your rooms! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!!

Terrible front desk staff. Manager...

Liked: The woman at the front desk did not know how to do her job. Check in took 45 minutes. She was untrained, uncooperative, and worse of all indifferent. Terrible experience.
Disliked: The woman at the front desk was absolutely awful. Untrained and indifferent. She didn't care about able to check us in a timely and professional manner. She needed to call her manager to walk her through the process.
