Queen bed was really hard which made it hard to sleep. Cleaning staff was great and the front desk was very nice too!

Liked: Great room and great staff.

In general we were happy...

Liked: Renovated. Spacious rooms. Very comfortable mattress and pillows.
Disliked: The temperature was difficult to set to a consistently cool comfortable level. We reduced it to 71 got a bit cold but kept it because when we sleep we have the quilt, but it became hot at night and had to stay without cover. But then got cold at sunrise. So we put the covers again. Also the body lotion was empty. We didn’t want to be bothered by staff coming to replace it so we ignored it.

It was a wonderful experience.

Liked: The breakfast was great variety, very healthy choices, everything was clean neat and very well stocked. The waffle station had 2 types of batter and 2 irons. And the condiments were plentiful and quickly replenished.

Liked: Staff always makes it great. Very accommodating.
Disliked: Seeing fingerprints all over the stainless steel walls of the elevator. Just an attention to detail I have.
