Queen bed was really hard which made it hard to sleep. Cleaning staff was great and the front desk was very nice too!

Liked: When our flight came early, they rearranged our reservations so we could get an early check-in to put our stuff down and recover from jet lag. Room service came up within minutes to replace broken microwave. Excellent daily breakfast options available. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
