Good

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was full stocked continental meal. Staff always pleasant.
Disliked: The elevator has so annoying. The motor needs work and when door opens and closes, it sounds like a hundred drills. So during morning and evening hours it's very loud if you are put in the room directly across from the elevator. Also the mattresses need replacements badly. Very worn and uncomfortable.

Other than the elevator, all...

Disliked: Only problem was the extremely noisy screeching sound coming from elevator when door opened and closed.Very disconcerting and noisy to guest rooms nearby. Was told it’s been like that for a very long time! Should be fixed!!

Would happily stay here again

Liked: I very much enjoyed this location, was the nicest Hampton I have been to over the years. Clean, well stocked breakfast bar for the kiddos, overall a great experience.

I was a peaceful and...

Liked: I had planned a short getaway and this stay was perfect in terms of location and peacefulness that aloud me to refresh. Breakfast was a very delightful part of my getaway.
Disliked: Could have have more towels but did receive more when asked.

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Cold showers.. regardless of time, morning or evening.. lukewarm water at best.

The first night was horrible...

Liked: Breakfast was good. The location was good. The staff was wonderful. The hotel only charged us for the one night because of all the issues.
Disliked: The first night was horrible because the air conditioning went out in the room and all of us could not sleep because it was so hot in the room. Next morning went to the front desk and complained about the air in the room. They sent maintenance but did not correct the problem, so they moved up to another room and the air conditioning worked great. The elevators also were not working the next morning which was horrible since we were on the forth floor and had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs all morning. The power went out and they had no back up generators.
