Burial duties versus large group...

Liked: Staff went above abd beyond
Disliked: Right by elevators. Large group of preteen that slammed doors, rode elevators and yelled and screamed in hallways til 3 a.m.

It was great! next time...

Liked: Location was great! Breakfast was excellent, staff super friendly.
Disliked: Stated on room 413 in back to the elevator, There was a boom sound every time the elevator was moving.

Would stay there again if...

Liked: Friendly staff. Good location. Lots of choices at breakfast. Nice room. Bed was comfortable for my husband. I would have preferred a plushier mattress topper.
Disliked: Something must be done about the obnoxiously loud elevator. It works but it screeches. I would never accept a room anywhere near the elevator. Breakfast items were not hot enough.

Good hotel

Liked: It was clean and the people was nice. Bed was comfy. The best part was the guy who made our breakfast. He was the nicest guy ever and so friendly. Made us smile every morning! Can't wait to come back and see him again next year.
Disliked: The elevator. It made noises, and the floor had a little hole. But nothing major.

Liked: The breakfast was decent and once we got upgraded to the suite it was nice
Disliked: We did not like that when we first walked in Jewel was on her phone telling someone she ordered her coffee and then got off the phone and said same thing to us because Trump was putting tariffs on Columbia - we are supporters and did not like the fact she brought up politics right away, the elevator was STILL out of order, only had one working and it made a terrible noise, the ice maker on our floor was still not working and we had to go to the 3rd floor (we had stayed here about 5 months prior and the same issues with the elevator and ice machine were there then) when we got to our original room the curtain rod was broken and hanging from the window
