Liked: The stay was very comfortable and ideal. The staff were polite and efficient, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The guest services were also always available which
Disliked: The breakfast options were quite limited and there weren't enough staff to deliver towels etc. to the room

Old property, need some remodeling.

Liked: Liked the location and kids love the pool.
Disliked: Asked twice to front desk to refill the conditioner dispenser as it was all empty since we checked in and some fresh towels. No one came. Room carpet needs to be cleaned/shampoo.

Thanks for everything

Liked: As soon as we walked in the door we were relieved after booking the weekend at a resort that was dated dirty and disgusting we found this one they understood our dilemma I can’t remember there name but I believe one starts with a K and the other E we where there at 11:30 am on 7/26/25 the check in was quick the room was fresh clean all the amenities we needed and will come again and again
Disliked: Everything was perfect
