Liked: Rooms were very big with comfortable bed and shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Breakfast was good and rooms were nice.
Disliked: I booked a "suite" for 3 adults and 2 children. It listed a queen in "bedroom 1" and a queen in "bedroom 2" and a fold-out sofa. All the beds were there but in one room! When I showed the guy at the desk the printout, he said, "I can understand why you would think there were 2 bedrooms." I had to book a second room.

Liked: My stay was wonderful, the room was clean with enough facilities as I expected. However one of the front desk staff was rude and not useful for the purpose of being there.The place was very homely.I will like to suggest that, they provide more options for breakfast. The food was nice and they provided enough for everyone.

Liked: Bed was comfy, breakfast was a wonderful assortment of foods and drinks.Checking in was a mission, systems hadn’t matched up from bookings.com to the hotels system properly, it took over an hr to sort out our booking.Got woken up in the morning from house keeping coming in. Checkout wasn’t till 11am and they woke up about 8:40am and then knocked 2 other times before we’d checked out at 11am, that frustrating.

Liked: Blood on washcloth. Entry light broke. Two thermostats, the wall one doesn’t work. Cold breakfast, microwave bacon, cold hard potato hash browns. Never staying here again.
