Family friendly spot - a...

Liked: Friendly staff, my son loved the waterslide and free breakfast.
Disliked: The location was strange. We had to get in our car for all outings.

Liked: The morning shuttle was on time and the driver was so friendly and cheerful.
Disliked: Breakfast in a bag was a little disappointing. One small muffin and an apple (USA grown!!). You could have added a juice and a yogurt to make it a real breakfast. Calling from the airport for the shuttle was a nightmare. No one answered the phone for over 1/2 an hour. It just rang and rang and then looped back to the message.

That made the stay disappointing...

Liked: Pool, bed’s comfortable
Disliked: I ordered a bagged breakfast for my daughter for 3am. He said they didn’t have any but when we came back from dropping her off at 3:45am a family of 3 were eating the bagged breakfast.

black mold nightmare.

Disliked: Should never have black mold in any bathroom, yet your property had black mold in all 3 rooms that we were in.
