Liked: I can’t complain everything was as expected.
Disliked: The only little comment that I will make and but it wasn’t a big deal but it it needs to be addressed but I regret when I checked out didn’t mention was that the sink on room 515 it was about to get clogged . I have to open the bathroom faucet, just a little bit.

Overall, the location and breakfast...

Liked: The location was good and convenient. Breakfast was also good. However, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable—you could feel the metal frame under the mattress, which made it impossible to sleep. I had to cut my stay short because of it.
Disliked: The sofa bed was very uncomfortable—you could feel the metal frame through the mattress. It was also hard to communicate with the hotel staff because I booked through Booking.com. Anytime I had a concern, they told me to speak to Booking instead of helping directly.

Weekend Getaway- Family Fun!

Liked: Proximity to attractions….we went to visit The Basketball Hall of Fame, and this hotel is just across the street. There were good breakfast selections, and the hotel staff was welcoming and efficient. We were able to purchase discounted ticket to the Hall of Fame at the check in desk!
