Liked: We normally always love and trust Hampton. However, the man on duty as manager was rude and condescending. He was on a phone call ( personal it sounded) and never got off to talk with us about checking in. We have always loved staying at Hampton inns when we travel and hope this never happens again. We had booked online and he insisted we did not have a reservation so we booked. Recently my husband called because we were getting billed for two rooms. That got settled but the rudeness of the man on duty was extremely hurtful. Thanks for reading.

Liked: it was clean, comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good—all in all a good value for the price.
Disliked: there were hard water stains in the toilet but that’s pretty nitpicky.

Liked: My hubby had the breakfast, eggs sausage pad and muffin and coffee. For help yourself it was adequate I found the coffee good. The location was excellent right off the highway and had all kinds of fast food places very close to the hotel. I though the hotel was very clean, I noticed when having my coffee the young lady with blond hair and glasses from the front desk would tidy and wipe up the coffee bench area making sure it was clean and also wiped clean with wipes the garbage container lid . Totally impressed. The same young lady at the front desk greeted each person with a cheerful good morning and wished everyone a good day when they left.
