Liked: I encountered both friendly, competent staff, as well as unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Rooms were well accessorized, with ample outlets and USB ports. Plenty of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes, towels, etc. The soap/shampoo dispensers were full and conveniently located. Room lighting was inadequate, leaving the room feeling overly dim. Mattresses were worn and uncomfortable. I found human hair on my towels and in my bedsheets. The coffee and breakfast empanadas were great; however, the chicken sausage was inedible.
